Heaven's Kiss or a Statistical Phenomenon?

I spent the weekend in DC with our team from Fort Mill. We all gathered on the national Mall on Monday for the annual March For Life. So I'll let you all decide whether this was an intimate nod from the Lord or simply a ridiculous coincidence.

Meet Rhonda. She's a former student of mine from Denver, CO. Last Fall she joined our weird little company here in Fort Mill as an apprentice and promptly got wrecked on being an intercessor for America. She traveled to DC with us for the March and joined with over 100,000 other demonstrators on the streets of Capitol Hill. Not only did the media single her out among thousands and thousands to be photographed, but then her picture was featured in her hometown newspaper, The Denver Post.

I've made my decision which one I think it is. I love you Rhonda. You just keep being as radical as you want to be, you Gadite.

By the way, The Washington Post noted in their report on the event that the majority of the protesters were teenagers. Something's shifting.

In living...4D

This article was featured on the Drudge Report today. Absolutely amazing. It talks about how 4D ultrasounds have enabled scientists and doctors to study developing babies. It even mentions how twins interact with each other in the womb.

Familiar Faces

Tonight was incredible. The DC team arrived today as well as friends that have been scattered around the country for a couple months. It suddenly hit me like a Mac truck just how much I miss living in community. We had a little family reunion of sorts tonight at our house as we gathered and caught up on everyone's lives.

Everyone is here for the conference we're hosting for the next four days. We'll have our dear friends Carey and Amy Hofer from Sioux Falls, SD staying with us and also Patti Giebink from Chamberlain, SD. Several of our friends from our former church in Indiana are traveling down for the weekend also. This is one of those sweet moments in time when all your streams converge. What a blessing.

Nightline Again

I just found out that ABCnews Nightline has aired the JHOP segment once again this week in a year-end review concerning religion. You can view a portion of the segment at ABCNews Nightline's online webcast. Click on the "Video" link, then "Nightline". It was in November of 2005 that the piece originally was broadcast. It was pulled out again this time as part of a report on young people combating temptation.

I'm completely blown away by the timing of this. Here we are calling for radical Nazirite consecration in the area of sexual purity and calling the Church to repent in mass at The Call. What a kiss from heaven.
